TEXTING WHILE DRIVING could cause many problems for you.
And others.
You could get injured.
How could you get injured?
Well, you can get into a car accident from not keeping your eyes on the road.
TEXTING WHILE DRIVING could not only injure you it could injures others too.
How could it injure others?
Well, you could get into a car accident with another car resulting in death of the driver you got into the accident with or even your own death.
That could happen just because you TEXTED WHILE DRIVING!
You could get a ticket.
How could you get a ticket?
Well your not keeping your eyes on the road. You could run a red light because of TEXTING WHILE DRIVING! And that could cause a ticket even death. You could just get a ticket all together because TEXTING WHILE DRIVING is illegal. You could run a stop sign which could get you a ticket. That's all because you were TEXTING WHILE DRIVING! You could be going over the speed limit. Those are some ways you could get a ticket. All because you were TEXTING WHILE DRIVING! And not keeping your eyes on the road.
You could get your license taken away.
How?
After so many times being caught from TEXTING WHILE DRIVING. And all the tickets you get could land you in a place were your not aloud too drive at all. It will be bye bye to the license.

ReplyDeleteThis topic is important in Alden because we have some main and side roads that have high speed limits and a lot of distance can be covered in a few seconds while a driver's eyes are off the road. It would be interesting to me if you found out or calculated how many feet of road is traveled in 10 seconds by a car going 55mph.
i agree, texting while driving is so wrong. people driving should turn off there phones, so they are not tempted.

Texting while driving can affect so many lives. Tests have been done that prove texting while driving is twice as distracting than talking on the phone while driving. From the time you take your foot off the accelerator and move it to the brakes while traveling 45 mph, you move 400 feet. Imagine what could happen while you were texting.

i see people do this everyday, such as my parents and my boyfriend. i do my best to stop it. but some people don't see it as a big deal. i hope thei opinions change before they learn the hard way.
